How we work
50% when a module kicks off, 50% when it's live. You're never committed to more than the module you've chosen.
After Module 1, take any module in any order, whenever the time is right. No bundles, no pressure, no expiry on the pricing in this proposal for 60 days.
Each live module carries its monthly fee, covering monitoring, deliverability, adjustments and a monthly performance summary. The deadline engine in particular is never left unwatched.
Third-party charges — phone numbers, call minutes, AI usage, sending volume — are set up in your name or recharged at cost. Our fees never hide usage inside them, so you always see exactly what things cost.
We build into the CRM you already run, alongside your existing setup and your existing people. We add the AI and automation layer; nothing you have gets ripped out.
Admin access to your CRM, the ability to send from your email, and an export of the dormant database. We'll walk you through each one at kick-off — none of it is hard.
One honest note on the 8,000: pricing assumes the database exports in a usable format. If the data needs serious surgery before it can be worked, we'll tell you before we start, not after.
The decision
